PRICING

Simple pricing. No surprises.

Parlon infrastructure observability pricing is simple, clear, and predictable. Per-device. No hardware costs. No professional services required. 3-8x lower TCO than legacy platforms.

How Parlon is priced

One number. Based on the devices you monitor. No per-user fees, no module unlocks, no hardware to buy

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Per Device / Year

Your annual contract is calculated based on the number of managed network devices, servers, and endpoints in your environment. Volume pricing applies, the more devices, the lower the per-device rate. Contact us for a quote specific to your inventory.

START SMALLER

Synthetics Only

You don’t have to replace your entire stack on day one. Parlon’s active synthetic monitoring is available as a standalone entry point. Validate the platform, prove the value, then expand at your own pace. Most customers are running full platform within 90 days.

NO ARMY REQUIRED

Simple Deployment

Parlon doesn’t require costly professional services engagements or resident engineers to get running. Standard deployment is self-service, and most environments reach first value in hours. That’s something the legacy providers (and even many of the newer entrants) can’t claim.

Deployment options

Every deployment option is available under the same pricing model. Choose what fits your environment and compliance requirements.

SaaS

Hosted and managed by Parlon. No infrastructure to run. First value in hours.

On-Premise

Deploy within your own data center or private cloud. You control the data and the environment.

Air-Gapped

Fully isolated, zero external connectivity. Built for classified, regulated, and high-security environments. Most vendors can’t do this.

Multi-Tenant

Manage multiple customers from a single pane of glass. Tenant isolation, separate billing, white-label options available.

What's in, and what's not

Legacy platforms hide their infrastructure observability pricing in professional services, hardware, and "module" upsells. Parlon doesn't.

Always included

Never charged seperately

Common questions

Why don't you publish per-device pricing?

Infrastructure observability pricing varies meaningfully by environment size, deployment type, and contract term — and publishing a list price would mislead more than it would help. This mirrors a broader industry pattern: EMA’s 2026 Network Management Megatrends research found 73% of enterprise IT teams expect to replace their primary monitoring platform within two years, often driven by exactly this kind of cost unpredictability. What we can tell you: at 2,500+ devices, Parlon typically comes in at 3–8× lower total cost than the platforms you’re likely replacing. Use our TCO Calculator for a directional estimate, or talk to us for a real number.

How does device counting work?

A “device” is any managed network node, server, or endpoint that Parlon monitors — routers, switches, firewalls, servers, virtual machines, cloud instances. We’ll do a discovery pass during your trial to get an accurate count before any commercial conversation.

Is there a minimum contract size?

No, there’s no minimum. Our enterprise agreements are designed for organizations managing infrastructure at scale, and that’s where we tend to see the most immediate value. For smaller environments, we’re working on a self-service option that may be a better fit. Either way, we’re happy to have a conversation.

What does the deployment and onboarding process look like?

Most customers reach first value within 4 hours of deployment. The full cutover from your legacy platform typically takes 30–90 days depending on environment complexity — not months of professional services engagement. Standard onboarding support is included in your ACV. We don’t charge for getting you live.

Can we run Parlon alongside our existing platform during migration?

Yes. Most customers run Parlon in parallel during the transition period. We support a phased cutover, start with synthetics or a subset of devices, validate, then expand. You control the timeline.
